先让你付6个月的所有付款等额的加密货币，然后把这些费用通过paypal退款给你，从此以后不能用paypal付款。

已经提争议的话，vir直接收你25美元开口费，其他交给paypal处理，vir需要给paypal付30刀的高额争议解决费（满足特定条件才会被收取，不一定）。

然后被暂停的服务如果要恢复的话，vir这边直接收你25*26=650美元，特别优惠给你打1折仅需60美元。

如果不交钱，那就跟之前的169个发起争议的人一起排队，vir直接不开口，任由paypal慢慢处理。
