一直吃灰,心血来潮想升级换区,要硬说违规的话可能是我把信用卡设置了交易限额导致甲骨文升级验证没有成功,不过我没有收到任何扣款信息,可能甲骨文那边就是直接封的,没有验证信用卡

升级付费要验证预扣费100刀吧,楼主限制了付费额度,会因为额度不够升级不成功。找人人工处理,一看原因是信用卡没额度,顺手封了账户。
