北京应该有和睦家吧，那里可以。不过你不要盲目的被这药洗脑，服药是有前提条件的。你自己可以去google下。不是阳后，就可以服用。很多人都被这所谓的特效药误导。
Paxlovid is for adults and children 12 and older who are at higher risk for developing serious COVID-19 disease that may lead to
hospitalization and/or death. Paxlovid should be considered for patients who meet the following criteria:
o Test positive for SARS-CoV-2 (with PCR or antigen test, including at-home tests), AND
o Have symptoms consistent with mild-to-moderate COVID-19 & onset no more than 5 days, AND
o Have one or more risk factorsfor severe COVID
Who is considered to have a risk factor for severe COVID-19?
• Per the current CDC’s Interim Clinical Considerations for COVID-19 Treatment in Outpatient guidelines, risk factors include:

o Being unvaccinated or not being up to date on COVID-19 vaccinations
o Specific medical conditions and behaviors

• The benefit of a 5-day treatment course of Paxlovidwas demonstrated in the clinical trial that supported the EUA. This study
showed that among non-hospitalized, unvaccinated patients at high risk of progression to severe disease, treatment with
Paxlovid reduced the risk of hospitalization or death by 88%.
• Observational data, including vaccinated patients,from Israel1, United States2, and Hong Kong3 is consistent with benefit in

这个呐，怎么说呐。
目前，我们还不能说给贴上这样的标签，从我理解的角度。
我们要首先明白：它是处方药，不是非处方药。这很关键。
我个人认为它并不是一个很成熟的药物，也不是针对covid-2019的SARS-CoV-2全类病毒有明显的阻止作用。它是批准是给高危人群的用药，有清晰的群体限制，不是给重症患者的药，其他群体更是明确——“几乎不会有什么益处”！！！任何一种药物都不会把它所有的副作用，尤其是潜在可能的副作用全部列举出来！详细的可以查阅世卫组织关于该（类）药的详细描述或者国家药监局的描述，或者去drugs.com查关于新冠方面药物的描述。
它并不是能清理该类病毒的专用药物。只是针对性的，在此类病毒方面有更好效果的组合药物。
本身会带来比较明显的负向影响。比如说：有明显的的，有一定可断性的会对X欲有影响。
但我相信不止于此！
它是组合药物，不是针对性专属药物！
要更多认识到这个。辉瑞的之前是有清晰标价的，接近3K；
阿三哥所谓的仿制药，其实一样。能通过不同渠道购入，大概1.6k~1.9k不等。因为非正规获批进口，所以渠道鱼目混杂，“非法”。需要购入者有相当门槛的分辨能力。
民间都是可以购入的。而官方的第一批大概2万盒，二批大概4万多，临期有一批退回辉瑞，辉瑞改期到23年2月，又回入到线上。前段时间线上突然有一批这个药，就是这批为主的。所以，不能闭眼睛就买。
