@肥肥壮猫 14th August 2022 CN2 GIA service degraded 12 days ago Around 14:00 PST, China Telecom experienced approximately 1-hour long complete outage of their CN2 GIA network in Los Angeles. While our routing equipment automatically rerouted traffic to alternative carriers, it caused packet loss and service degradation.Around 15:00 PST, CN2 GIA links have been restored.As of 18:30 PST we are still observing significant packet loss within CN2 GIA network. We are waiting for China Telecom to address these issues.Please note that this is affecting all providers using China Telecom CN2 GIA IP transit in Los Angeles (and possibly other locations) as it is a global service outage on China Telecom's side. We're hoping that China Telecom can resolve these issues quickly.21:20 PST The packet loss has been resolved.
